The most economical way of packaging large numbers of die cut parts is right on the same production line. Without this technology, products like BandAids™ and transdermal patches could not be wrapped individually at a reasonable price.

While this technology is not new, it is generally reserved to products that justify the high costs of custom built machinery. CRC's offering is stands out because we can offer this kind of service for relatively short runs. Our secret is our flexible (modular) manufacturing equipment.

The pouch can be sealed by heat, pressure (cold seal), or patterned hot melt glue. A typical heat sealed package might have paper on one side and clear plastic on the other with a peel-seal bond.
